Personal Training Rates

Trainer Profiles

Your personal training program is tailored for your individual needs.  Everyone is unique, and it is for that reason we cannot publish "catch all" rates". 

We believe the training programs offered by The Firm U are superior to most offerings in the Houston area.   Our educational background and practical background translates into results.

Every client will undergo a comprehensive Assessment which is essential to establish a full representation of fitness goals, needs and abilities.    We then use this information to create your individualized fitness program.   This information is also used to gauge progress as you work through your program.   We will determine your resting heart rate, body fat percentage take circumference measurements, determine your BMI and more.

The Fitness Assessment is required for all clients prior to starting a Personal Training Program.  The cost of your Assessment is included at no charge for clients who have committed to a minimum of one month of personal training*.  We also offer Fitness Assessment to non-clients (please call for rates).

Examples of what to expect: 

12 Weeks
Typical Results; 18 – 24 pounds in weight loss (Approximately 1.5 – 2.0 pounds a week), 4 – 8 % Body Fat Loss, 3 – 10% gain in Lean Body Mass. Improvement in general fitness and cardiovascular efficiency, reduced stress, boost in energy levels, increased muscular strength, healthier diet, lower cholesterol, look & feel better.        

8 Weeks
Typical Results:  12 – 16 pounds in weight loss (Approximately 1.5 – 2.0 pounds a week), 3 – 6% Body Fat Loss, 2 – 5% gain in Lean Body Mass, improved cardiovascular efficiency.

4 Weeks
Typical Results;  6 – 8 pounds in weight loss (Approximately 1.5 – 2.0 pounds a week), 1 – 3% Body Fat Loss, 1 – 2% gain in Lean Body Mass, improved cardiovascular efficiency.

*Note 
Results vary with every individual, factors include;  commitment level, age, gender, starting fitness and body fat level.

Training Options

- We can train in a gym environment, corporate gyms, and in the privacy of your home

- Couples training available.

- We also offer fitness classes and seminars.
